Our head office is located in Fareham, Hampshire, just off Junction 9 of the M27 with ample car parking and meetings facilities for our clients. Our location is perfectly placed to manage properties in Gosport, Fareham, Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester, Romsey and across the central south coast. We manage a number of prestigious developments in the area, including Port Solent and Centenary Quay.
Our office in Cobham, Surrey, serves the south west London boroughs and home counties including Croydon, Guildford, Kingston, Twickenham, Staines, Farnham and Chersey.
In the south west, we have an office in Weston-Super-Mare which is well-placed to manage developments in Bristol and Bath. In the midlands, we have an office in central Birmingham.
We are a team of 54 and our leadership team of 5 have a collective 93 years of block management experience. Nicholas A. Faulkner BSc (Hons) FRICS MIRPM, is our Managing Director, having 25 years experience in the Industry. Nick formerly lectured for Portsmouth University and RICS on Leasehold Management.
Our property management team have 6 RICS accreditations and 9 IRPM qualifications. We focus on providing technical expertise, the highest levels of health and safety compliance and communication with our clients, which is clear in our testimonials and our 4.8 star rating on Google.
