Alexander Faulkner Partnership is able to offer a bespoke Customer Care package for our developer clients. A dedicated Customer Care Manager will liaise with the Project Team and facilitate any issues that the new owners raise in relation to the construction of their homes. A unique local telephone number will be assigned to each development and this is answered personally 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Customer Care Manager will record any defects on specialist software and the database is loaded in real time whilst the inspections take place on site.
Our clients, the developers, are given remote access to the software to track the defect issues and see matters addressed in a timely fashion.
