Ground Rental Collection

The accounts team can collect Ground Rental on behalf of our Developer clients from after the sale of the individual Leasehold property until the disposal of the Freehold Reversion, if that occurs. The collection is made in accordance with s166 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. Thus notices are sent out between 30 and 60 days of the due date. Collected funds are sent electronically to our clients on a quarterly basis, or more frequently if requested.
