Refer a property to us for management, and if we win the contract, we will pay your annual service charge contribution.

How it works:

1. Fill in the form with your details.

2. A member of our team will be in touch to confirm the next steps. We won’t contact the referee until we have spoken to you first.

3. Once a management agreement is signed for the referred block, we will arrange to discount your next annual service charge payment by 100%.

4. We will send you a statement to confirm this payment.
