Refer a property

1. Only leaseholders or freeholders in properties managed by Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd are eligible to refer properties to the scheme.

2. The leaseholder or freeholders’ service charge account administered by Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd must be fully up-to-date with payments to be eligible.

3. The leaseholder or freeholder is responsible for ensuring the properties consent to being contacted by Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd.

4. If the referred property is already managed by Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd, it is not eligible for the scheme.

5. If the leaseholder or freeholder ceases to own a property managed by Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd within a year of a successful referral, then the service charge contribution paid for the referral will be proportioned from the start of their financial year to their sale date.

6. If the referred property ceases to be managed by Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd within a year of successful referral then the service charge contribution paid for the referral will be returnable by the leaseholder or freeholder who made the original referral.

7. The leaseholder or freeholder can only redeem the offer once per service charge year.

8. Employees of Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd are not eligible to refer.

9. Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd will pay the subsequent annual service charge contribution of the leaseholder or freeholder once a management agreement is signed for the referred property. This is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

10. The leaseholder or freeholder must satisfy themselves as to any personal tax implications of the referral offer and are liable for any payments.

11. Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd reserves the right to terminate the referral scheme at any time without due notice to any leaseholder or freeholder.
