Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd has acquired WL Estate Management Ltd t/a Wise Estates. From 1st July 2021 onwards, WL Estate Management Ltd will trade under the Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd brand.
Wise Estates (which you may also know as SDL Property Management prior to 2021) has withdrawn from estate and property management.
This acquisition brings over 100 schemes into our portfolio, bringing the total number of units under management by Alexander Faulkner Partnership to 21,000. We are welcoming 17 members of staff into our team and strengthening our footprint in the midlands with the addition of a permanent Birmingham office.
We’d like to offer a warm welcome to the Wise Estates team and our new clients, owners, residents and contractors.
